Why Stage a Property?

Staging significantly enhances the buyers' ability to thoroughly evaluate your listing. When a house is furnished, potential buyers tend to dedicate more time exploring the property. It allows them to visualize themselves in the house and how they can potentially use it. Listings that are staged tend to sell faster than vacant houses. 

How does Staging Work?

We schedule a property walk through which usually takes 30 min. Discuss what rooms I suggest you stage and your vision for for the staging. Once you set a staging date, we stage the property in one day. We do a final walk through with the client to ensure they are please with the out come. Our contract runs for 45 days unless escrow closes before the 45 days we pick up when you are ready.

How long is the Staging Contract?

Our contract is for 45 days. If you need staging for a longer period of time, we can extend the contract for an additional 30 days if the property is still on the market.
